Delivery costs depend on your location and order size, and are calculated at checkout.

Orders to any area outside of KwaZulu-Natal will only be shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid plants getting held up in warehouses over the weekend if they aren’t delivered by Friday. (Courier alone can take up to 4 days)

Delivery Process

  • Step 1: Confirmation

    A confirmation email will be sent with the finalisation of your order

  • Step 2: Packing

    Your order will be prepared and packaged within 1 to 2 days of the dispatch days to ensure the items are in the best shape possible .

  • Step 3: Dispatch & Delivery

    You'll receive a link to track your parcell. it should be delivered within 2 - 5 days of dispatch

Collection Process

All collections must be arranged with us beforehand. Same-day collection can NOT be offered as all orders need to be prepared in advance.
